While our cores with PE and cellulose surfaces are absolutely release-coated, silicone has a separating effect – both ideal prerequisites for reside-free unwinding.

Do you need a core which is suitable for the hydro-technical start-up winding of thin foils? An alternative to our cores with PE or cellulose film surface is our spirally wound core type B1. It is conditionally release-coated and fitted with a water-repellent surface.

We have the solution: our B2 core. It is release-coated and water-repellent at the same time. We at Paul & Co have developed an emulsion, corresponding to your requirements, which perfectly prevents water penetration. The emulsion B2 has even two other decisive advantages: it is free of solvents and acts absolutely neutral towards the reeled product. You can not only fit B2 cores with your products but also process and dispose of them without difficulty.

Are you looking for a core for outdoor use? Our core for agricultural stretch films is water-repellent, made of 100 % renewable raw materials and environmentally friendly recyclable. We have developed our core corresponding to your requirements in various water-repellent versions and in addition with a front edge sealing which significantly delays the absorption of water and keeps the core dimensionally stable.
